How To Identify Your True Life Partner

How many of us realize that whom we decide to marry is the most important decision of our lives? It is obvious due to the high divorce rates that many of us take this decision lightly it easy to get into but hard to get out of. There is no such thing as the perfect person because we all have flaws. There is such thing as the perfect person for each of us. At least, I believe so.

1. The first step before looking for your soul mate or trying to identify your life partner we must know ourselves. Sharing your life with someone takes plenty of work and patience on both parties. It is even more complicated when you are not sure of who you are or what you want out of life.

2. Your life partner will accept as you are and will not try to change you. Only time and God can change someone. This goes both ways. You can not expect to change your mate either. Your true life partner will be supportive and bring out the best in you. You should compliment one another.

3. Love and life are not always a bed of roses so you will want to have someone you can weather the storms of life with when things get tough. Both of you are able to forgive, forget and resolve to move forward when issues may arise.

4. Your life partner and you should be equally yoked. This is that you share the same beliefs, principals and morals. A person with good credit should be skeptical of someone with bad credit. We all have circumstances but you will need to ask yourself "is this person a walking circumstance or did they just have a streak of bad luck. This could cause detrimental problems for you down the road of life. This was a difficult one for me to grasp. Just imagine two people who speak different languages trying to build a house. There would be plenty of confusion along the way. The right hand has to know what the left hand is doing.

5. You must be able to enjoy this person's company even when there isn't any physical activity involve. Sex is important but a small factor when you are identifying your life partner. Love and sex do not go hand and hand

If you can get pass the first five steps then you just might have identified your true life partner. Good luck on your quest. Being in a loving relationship with the right person for you is a wonderful thing.
